magnar_b_rnes 0 Posted July 2, 2011 Thanks for comments! The black spots are wet small black stones reflecting the sunlight. Link to comment
Larry_G1664882113 15 Posted July 3, 2011 Magnar, How interesting. This is a most unique and artistic image. I really like the tonal values in the water, rocks, and sky. And, those light sports from the stones you mentioned are amazing. The unique aspect of this image is that you have a situational capture relating to an act of nature, the volcano. This cannot be repeated. I think this could be a contest winner type of image. The image is color, but looks nearly black and white. It is most effective this way. I applaud you for this special image. Best regards. Larry Link to comment
ichtys7 0 Posted September 11, 2011 Great Photography Magnar! Magnific! The first impression when laying my eyes on this unique photography of yours Magnar - is fallegur - ljós á floa - verdur ró um vidjan sjó...almost like you had been diving and then having a waterproof camera and capturing the view from almost in the water somehow or just partly above the sea level! Very unique and also special when it comes to the volcano attributes adding the monochromatic grayness! Thank you Magnar for sharing this wonderful photo giving much thoughts!(As being on this shore once I still wish to return to Vík! Tak fyrir Magnar!) Best Regards,Charl Link to comment
