Yes, that's the intention of a light catching B&W..! By that I do forgive you the impossibiliti in getting the bike washed totally..! Suggest to crop the left, yes, at least four mm. The dark bottom frame isn't needed, crop untill the wheel. Great effort you made, Daniel..!

Thank you Olaf for your suggestions. I added a border top and bottom, but the top is already dark. 

I will post tonight the version cropped like you suggested.

 

Very nice B & W shot. I agree with Olaf on the black band on the bottom. Fantastic light and great comporition.

Nice B&W, I love the bright spot where the water is hitting the bike.  Nice action.

Why is this a great shot and rated. high... I think the effective use of light tells the entire story in this shot the splash of the water the bright over exposed glissen and the super dark contrast make the shot work perfectly. This is what photography is about... Well done...
