marcward 0 Posted June 21, 2011 This is number 5 in a series, but the subtitle is " The Western Economical Model". This is a composite of images. The sky is from Tennessee. The rocks were shot about 15 years ago on slide film from an area in Kansas known as Monument Rock. The foreground is a winter farm in Kentucky and the young lady is a flower girl from a wedding I shot in Florida. The main bird is from Florida, while the remainder of the birds were created in Photoshop. The lightning is also a Photoshop product. Thanks for taking the time to view and comment. Link to comment

imagesbycw 0 Posted June 23, 2011 I agree with Dominick. The idea is great and so are the colors, contrast and composition. However, to me it seems as if the field and the rock and to some extent the rocks and the sky do not blend into each other. Not sure how to describe it properly - it feels 'composed', whereas composings should feel 'natural' even if they are not. I hope this makes sense to you. I've had a look at your other photos and composings and they look simply amazing (I think I'll enjoy viewing some more) and they do 'feel real'.All the best, Claudia Link to comment
