jeroen wesdorp 0 Posted May 13, 2003 Ah yes, I tried this kind of shots too. But yours is very nice! The colours are nicely subdued but still striking. And the textures of the wood and leaves are great. Only nit is that you could try to have the flower sit just off-center vertically. Oh, and perhaps composing just a tad more to the left when moving the camera to the right could eliminate the out of focus tangle on the right side. But it's a minor thing. Have you ever used fuji reala? I came from superia too and the difference in sharpness and colour is really noticable. Definitely worth a try. Cheers, Link to comment
mmmee 0 Posted May 15, 2003 I believe it is a periwinkle (too lazy to look up its latin name). Very pretty picture. Well balanced with the green and grey complimenting each other. I like this version of it better, but the two are very very similar. Link to comment
