Roller mills are a fixture of small farm towns. This one produces organic "Swanny White" flour. Comments are wellcome.

The building does look a bit odd .. but the power lines really do mess the picture up big time .. and the burnt in street lights also attract unwanted attention ..

Got it Michael. I think the power lines are part of the story here. Without them, it's no longer an operating Roller Mill.

"ingrangous" is not a word, Mr. Hiltner. If you are going to provide a rating like you did for one of my photos, you should provide a comment that is not nonsense.

I like the composition of this photo, but the wires are distracting.

Thank you, Michael. Now as for incongruous, I might agree with you . . . I'm still sorting out my feelings about the photo and appreciate your feedback. Let me know your thoughts on some of the other "Ball" photos in my portfolio if you have a chance.

Hey, sorry to mess up the party : the POWERLINES make tthis image. It's an abstract you ought to have "done" right.

I was away on a shoot : and I had to do such a building - so close to call (I went for textures.)

Cheers.

I am puzzled by the remarks made about burning in the street lights. I did'nt burn the lights in PS, they were in the negative possibly due to the long expousure time. Cheers Michael
