Walking around a little bit with a kid who plays guitar on the street,

and his older buddy. They struck up a conversation with this guy.

Expressive face indeed.

I would suggest to experiment with the composition a bit more, maybe straightening the door post. Not that vertical door posts are indispensable in every photo, but in this case they would show the intent of careful composition.

The photo is fine in itself, but I would experiment a bit including more or less of the surrounding and trying a more off-centre position. Probably the photo is already cropped a little bit.

The tones are good!

Thanks for the thoughtful advice.  Yes, I am finding the slanting lines of the woodwork around the door a little distracting.  I fear a little bit that changing the perspective would distort the human face.  But I'll experiment a bit.

Just a little clarification. It was no advice to work on the photo with a post-processing software. It was more like a suggestion to be used in future situations.
