Elisha, this is a very clever shot. I like the fact that you cant see her feet, this would be a distraction. The only distraction is the root that has caught the direct sunlight in the bottom left, but it still balances well with the lighter part of the tree to the upper right. Very nice! 7O 6A

A little more sharpness and a contrast boost to bring out the texture of the wood might be an improvement, but otherwise this is an excellent idea and great composition.

A very likable outdoor photograph, excellent idea. Somehow brings to mind work by Arno Rafael Minkkinen.

You can look for several minutes at the pciture (I have done so), and feel it creeping deeper and deeper in your senses.
