This looks like it could be a good shot but the image uploaded is too small to assess properly. From what I can see, the composition is good and pretty original and the colours are nice and strong.

From the tile of your request for critique, you want comments on whether this would be best in colour or B&W .... the colour version appears to be good and B&W works just as well but with a very different feel. I downloaded the image you provided and converted it to B&W and it looks pretty good beside the colour one. The B&W version looks spooky whereas the colour one has much more of a warm and welcoming feel.
