Bill J Boyd 65,468 Posted May 29, 2011 Mehmet...WOW! This is a strong image with good colors, composition, and DOF. I really like this, and it brings back memories of the time I spent in Izmir back 1966. Good work and thanks for sharing. Link to comment
Donna Stavis 0 Posted May 30, 2011 Excellent portraits! The one on the right seems approachable; he has the convenience of an open portable store (limited goods!) in his briefcase and he is examining his goods--for price? The man beside him exudes misery -- facial expression & body language. In old age, selling inexpensive wares on a bench... -- too hard. Maybe the the wives make the necklaces. With the picture, it looks geared to tourists. Link to comment

hstelljes 41 Posted June 4, 2011 Hello Mehmet, You have once again captured some interesting facial expressions. The man on the right has a curious look while the gentleman on the right looks more prideful and slightly defiant. When viewing street shots those are the elements I look at and you consistantly capture such expressions. Fine work. Take care.Sincerely,Holger Link to comment

jim_air 0 Posted July 8, 2011 I really like these colourful street shots, particularly when they demonstrate part of a way of life . Very good depth of field. The gentleman on the left seems to have struck a dignified pose, though he has a wary look.Kind regardsJim Link to comment
