Its Coming

We were driving down Namibia back to South Africa following this storm.

And as we got closer to sunset, we found this lone tree on the plains.

Apparently you used F/22 to allow for a longer exposure that provided the appearance of the windy conditions on the field and tree. Well done.

Absolutely lovely image, the colours, clouds and the wind in the grass all tell that the storm is coming. Great capture, and well execute!

Thanx very much for the comments guys. Mike, you right on the money with the slower shutter speed. I did a version at f11 and iso 200 to freeze everything but liked the blur in the grass and tree more. It conveyed more how it was, plus I always like a bit motion in my photos.
