She is a beautiful girl -- great freckles. I love her expression and the eye contact with the camera (viewer). I can feel a real connection to her. Your focus, her skin tone, make-up, catchlights, lighting, color saturation and contrast are excellent. The out of focus background is very good -- as is her separation from the background.

Your left and right compositional balance is a little right heavy. You could crop a little off of the left side.

You have cropped so far into her head that to get a good top and bottom compositional balance you would have to crop much tighter on the bottom.

There is a very slight green tint to her hair.
