Artery clogger indeed :D - I think the WB here may take away alot from this shot?  If you fixed the white balance and boosted the color to bring out the yellow (cheese), purple(onion), and red (tomatoe) - the photo may pop a bit more for sure....a thought anyway....did you eat that thing?  I hope that is only once per year or we may not see your photos on here by next year ;-)

And yes I ate it and it was delicious!
