This is quite nice.  I think your composition is very good -- you've included just enough of the overhanging branch, and I like how the photo fades to nearly black at the bottom (I suspect that not everyone will like this, and some may want it cropped to nearly a square).  My only nit is that small piece of branch jutting in near the top on the left.  The reflections in the water are the most eye-catching aspects of the photo, IMO.  Nicely done.
