This is a wonderful fashion shot...it has an excellent commercial feel...I could easily see this in the most popular fashion magazines.  Great job using a real location to enhance the feel of this image...great pose and turn back expression...my favorite part of this capture.  Also the B&W tones and textures are amazing...the highlights on her leg/stockings just perfect...there is much to like about this image...congrats!
