My favourite of your two current posts of this man.  This one, more of a candid portrait, the other, more of an environmental portrait, is much more dramatic, with a very sharp subject and an undistracting background.  The contrasting bold colours have already been noted and add to the dramatic impact.   He has a tough demeanor which makes me think I'd like to have him on my side should a 'dust-up' ever develop.  Very nice reward for your efforts.  Best, LM.
