I'm thrilled when foreign photographers get to experience DV and its essential beauty and majesty.  I can't imagine how alien it must be for someone from northern Europe! Truly one of my favorite places on the planet and one that I get to most years (but not this one due to lack of rain, wildflowers and an impending trip to Peru ;-)
