A beautiful shot Kaushik! Love the glimpse into another culture. To me this looks a touch over sharpened? I'm seeing some artifacts in the highlights, and in the ripples in the water. Excellent work Kaushik!

Looks good.

To my eye the border is a tad of a distraction though.

I also wonder is a little more of the environment would improve the picture. (Shorter focal length.)

That said, it's an interesting whole.

Exceptional compostion and balance in this picture.  The individuals carrying the wood are isolated in what could be described as a world of water.  Where they enteret the river and where they will exit are of no photographic interest.  The persons' isolation in this limbo of water have made for an incredible photo.
