I would almost have turned this image 90° CCW and cropped off the far shoreline just to mess up people's minds(?). It would truly be an abstract image at that point. As it is, it's almost like two different images with the strange foreground and the out of focus overexposed background. I find the tree and its mirror image fascinating.

This is so cool! Great color and really neat image. I think Fred's idea is a neat one too... if you have a chance to check out Lannie Kellys folder you will see just how the idea works.

That was a productive day at the lake, though I think I'd have nightmares about meeting this guy some day while swimming. The color of the foliage, in this picture and the previous one, is just spectacular.
