jpo3136b 0 Posted April 17, 2011 I initially thought this was a composite. I feel the white balance is too yellow; maybe take it back down to D50. The contrast between the beach and the road sets up a good path for the eye to follow to the shadows. The difference in tone between the shadows on the sand and the shadows on the water makes the picture. Link to comment
matthijs 0 Posted April 17, 2011 Very very nice. The cloud shadow helps too... (To say nothing of the contrast between the straight shadows and the curved shore.) Might also works nicely as a (slightly less contrasty) black and white or blue-tone. Link to comment

amalsircar 2 Posted April 20, 2011 Javedji, amazing composition and tones. Play of light & shades and reflection on the water , are fascinating. Link to comment
kaushikphotography 0 Posted April 25, 2011 Sometimes very simple scene can make a deep impression. This one is like that. Great shadow effect with nice tonal, light and the textures of the shadowed water. Charming. Like it. All the best to you. Warm Regards. Link to comment
