Martin, I see two very different visual responses to your taking the photo.  The girl on the right seems pleased but the one on the left seems put-out with you. Expressions always tell much of the story.

 Technically you have a problem in that the black hair has completely merged with the black background so we cannot tell one from another.

 It is possible to separate the two blacks in software.  I upload one done from your jpeg.  If you have a raw file it can be done much more efficiently.  I think I managed to change the skin tones by accident - I meant to leave them alone.
