riclan 0 Posted April 15, 2011 I really like her pose and her look. For me, her cheeks being clipped doesn't bother me as much as her chin!Overall, nice picture. Link to comment
jerrymat 5 Posted April 16, 2011 I do not believe that the light values are "white" clipped but several shades of high value have been jammed into the brightest white (see the P/S histogram.) The light values will respond to computer adjustment. What I do wish is that those pretty young eyes were not interrupted in their stare by the top line of a horizontal format. I suggest a vertical (also called "portrait") format, achieved by rotating the camera during picture taking.JerryP.S. Take millions of photographs for history's sake - it is just possible you have another Shirley Temple here. Link to comment
jkilgo 0 Posted April 16, 2011 What a cutie...such character and personality. I like the high-key feel of this image...and I like how you have it cropped...seems to flow nicely from right to left...nice balance. I really like the catch lights in her eyes...they really draw me in and add interest. Well done. Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 307 Posted April 16, 2011 No need of vertical layout, why? This layout is quite fulfilled! That's the kind of pose! Darkening, yes, just as much as on the sample picture of Jerry!Best regards!PDE Link to comment
