This beauty is cropped a tad tightly on the left but very nicely lit with the early morning sunshine.  Even at that time of day when the light is at it's weakest and lowest contrast the white feathers on this bird test the limits of the camera's ability to record detail throughout.   But I'd say this time it worked well.  I love the detail in the tail feathers and their reflections.  Definitely a keeper and great reward for your perseverance.  Best, LM.
