Another nice shot Jeff. You really have a great looking family! The exposure looks perfect. Nice DOF. Lovely colors for a redhead. The only things that I might try differently, are a lower ISO or a noise reduction filter. You could also mask the noise with a light vignette or vignette blur. The other thing I might try is to pull the camera up a bit, so the hands are not as dominant and she has a bit more room in the frame. Funny...coming from someone who loves to squash her subjects into tight frames! Again, great shot...I would say the main thing is the noise.

Thanks Tiffany, your comments are always spot on...hands are always a tough one for sure.  I shot this in RAW and basically allowed the fix tool to work out the details.
