The tilting was used and over - used in fashion. The picture is no bad, though her left hand distracts a little as it is very bright. Monochrome works well. The tilting makes the impression of unstability... IMO.

great lighting, contrast, and sharpness.  I would try to avoid obstructing the models face unless it is an intentional move to elicit mystery.
