I utilized a tethered 430EX Speedlite as my main light. EXIF data shows that I used the following settings: ISO 100, Shade white balance, +0 exposure compensation, +2 stops flash exposure compensation, internal custom settings sharpness=6, contrast-1, saturation-1.
The camera was hand-held. The image is cropped and brightened a little.
