Jeffrey,  This is a superb image.  You have excellent light, detail, and color. The tonal value of the snow is perfect.  The texture and motion in the water and rocks nicely complements the stark snow and more distant mountains.  Then the light on the distant mountain draws the eye through the "V" you have utilized.  All of this is framed by the purple clouds.  And, the moon caps it off.  This is definitely a 7 rating.
