So much been said here and this image deserve it all, it is the sort of image which drive me back to my youth where I love to see the American movies.

You have controlled the exposure value here superbly and also the DOF is wonderful and maintained the background atmosphere to add to the quality of this capture, the colors are so original and the expression of the faces present the moment in a remarkable form.

Linda...Love this image.  I was in the southwest here last fall and actually saw a scene like this.  I loved having my horses at our farm many years ago.  Great image...great era.  BTW.  Thanks for the images of Carnival.  Becky

This reminds me of a scene from City Slickers. I cannot add much to what's been said before. But i do like your composition and the dynamic lines you have created.  The expressions are also very nicely captured.  I would have liked just a bit more space to the right in front of the horse but that's really very minor.  Nice work - Regards always - michel

Caught this one this morning scrolling across the "Member Daily Sampling" and I suppose it must be buried somewhere that I hadn't found yet in your gallery!

Wonderful scene. Reminds me of my much younger days while living in Montana and helping some of the Ranchers.

Your DOF is wonderful, they seem to really stand out and the bit of movement in the Horses feet showing a bit of action is the icing on the cake! Great details!
