Too bad the top of her head is annoyingly cropped.

I know the snow should be shown, but the rule for composing portraits says that more room, space should be left on the side to which the model is turned! Here the model with her body is turned to the left and there is more room left on the right!

Pierre is right about the compostion, but i some cases this crop works. It could be if you cut of some of the left side and she tilted her head a little more to the right side of the photo (her left shoulder). I like the snow in her hear and the white shawl she wears. Nice!
