I am guessing you like photographing this young lady and I can see why. It is a lovely portrait. As for which is better, the b & w or the colour. Let me add an another option...

A truly beautiful image. I enjoy the original version in black and white most, it's perfectly balanced and somehow fuller and less confined. Excellent work, bravo.

Maurizio, I shall vote for the original upload in B&W. Admirable composition, exposure, light & skin tones.

A wonderful light and lovely presentation of an excellent portrait. Meaning no disrespect, I have tried to soften the skin tone a bit. Hope you will like it.

All the best. Warm regards.

A masterful portrait Maurizio! You've done this beautiful girl justice in this wonderful B&W image. Well done!

Firstly this is a beautiful woman that has been superbly captured by you and despite having a preference for color in general, I prefer the B&W version. I like what Jerry  has done with his version with the clean up of the hair ends and added some black space. Yours and his are almost tied (a politician in the making) but giving yours an edge (*_*).

All the very best

Oh la la !

After all these comments, what could be new ?!

I like the way Jerry Matchett saw it.

I love the way you saw it !

Veronika is gorgeous: simple yet very hard to portray...

As for color or bw, it's a matter of taste: my taste slips to the bw as it emphasizes drama.

Congrats dear friend !

Wonderful portrait, Maurizio...brilliant lighting and it accentuated the mood the sitter by highlighting her hair...very interesting pose too to create a perfect diagonal composition...my best
