Debra, If you shot the photo just to record a special moment...I suppose it will suffice, but as an attempt at true portraiture it has some issues. The voice of background is far too busy and distracting. Secondly, the young lady looks bored out of her mind & totally disinterested in being photographed. Lastly, her face is out of focus...and you've amputated her feet! ;)

Exposure is okay but the image is out of focus, feet are cut off, her eyes have red-eye, and her expression is not good. I rate this image a 2. If your crop this at her knees I would rate it a 3, get a better expression on her face and I would rate it a 4. Good luck and keep improving.
