Several of my suggestions on your other owl picture are the same here. The power line is straight in this image, which is a good thing. However, the wire goes pretty much straight through the frame, which makes the compositio look somewhat static. It would be much better to place it closer to the bottom horizontal third.

The owl is still very dark and although it is aligned on a third, because of the lean of its body, it would be better to place it on the left instead of the right vertical third.
