Very interesting, funny and entartaining, both for the composition and the title... I like the fact that she's not yet another lady laying on the rocks while you take a picture, but is "doing something"

Cheers,

Yes Jeremy, you are correct. This is Clear Creek, not far above Phantom Ranch, at least by Colorado River miles. See my nudes folder for another image taken adjacent to that waterfall.

Thanks, David. I have some similar shots, not yet scanned. There are more Canyon/Colorado river shots in my Grand Canyon images folder. Pretty special place. Did you see the recent documentary The Same River Twice about a trip some CA river guides took there more than 20 years ago? The documentary followed up with what their lives were like now - pretty interesting.

Very Special Place! I've been very lucky and have been down the river 8 times, most recently about 6 years ago, first trip in 1973. I would go again if I had the opportunity. I was a river guide myself (California, Colorado, Utah, etc.) in a former life and still go occasionally. Like yourself, I am here in the upper left hand corner in Olympia. Have not seen the documentary but would like to. I have more GC pics in my PN site. I enjoyed looking at your photos of the GC. Looks like you were on a private trip (the best way).

Yup - that one was my third trip down - just under a year ago. All private trips, mostly off season guides. Fantastic way to spend 3 weeks.

If you ever need another boat and guide let me know. I did a mid October trip once and saw only one other party during 21 days. Enjoy...

Butt - it's nothing special. Gee I hope this comment helps you somehow realize your own comments are silly. Oh, I do rate. Butt not this one. Love your sense of humour though!

James: thanx! I'd use more than one ! but the site won't let me! Nothing wrong with silly. After reading your bio, we both know there are way too many serious people in this world.
