She is a cutie -- looks like she is all set for Valentine's Day! I find the following excellently done: focus on her eyes, skin tone, catchlights, expression, eye contact with the camera (viewer), lighting, composition, color saturation, neutral background, her separation from the background and the pose.

This is a very well done photograph that I would have had no problem using as an example of good head and shoulders portraiture if I was still teaching photograph. I am going to get very picky and mention a couple of things I would have done differently.

I find the hair falling across her right eye somewhat bothersome.

I would crop about half the space above her head.

Her face looks a bit pale. A little make-up would enhance her natural beauty. I would suggest just a little blush and mascara. A fine line of eyeliner under her eyes would frame them and help to make them stand out better. She really doesn't need eyeshadow, but if done in moderation, it wouldn't hurt.
