This is incredible! Is it altered in any way? (it doesn't look like it) I really really love it. 

Oh my. This is extraordinary. I know nature can make this kind of scenery, but you've got the guts to get to it. Wonderful to view, and imagine.

I wish we were a little more intrepid hikers so we could get to off the beaten track places like this.  Of course, then we'd need your skill to capture shots like this!  ;-)   Although there are so many outstanding images on this site, at this moment in time I have to say this is one of the most spectacular shots I've seen on PN.  So many elements are combined........the frost and crunch of the snow, the pastel fog/clouds, the exposure is spot-on, the side lighting is exquisite, and the shadows are deep yet retain detail.  Bravo on an extraordinary image!  Into my favorites this goes!

Great light and composition.  I love the mist which makes the mountain much softer along with the snow.  So realistic I could imagine myself being there.
