She is a beautiful girl. You have focused well on her eyes. She has good eye contact with the camera (viewer). Her make-up looks very nice. I really like the French manicure and matching pedicure -- nice touch. Her expression is quite alluring. The contrast and color saturation is very good. Her skin tone and the lighting are excellent. Because she has a nice slim figure you can pose her straight on to the camera and she still looks good. Cute panties.

The background is nicely neutral and she is quite well separated from it, but small hair or backlight would have separated her hair from the background a little better.

It appears you have burned-in the bottom of the photograph (her knees). At least it looks like it. It could just be shadows? I don't think it was necessary. It draws attention to her knees.

I do like her pedicure, but putting weight on her toes looks a bit uncomfortable and a little awkward. Part of the problem may be that it is rather uncommon to see a girl posed kneeling with her knees spread apart. They are usually together and you can't see her feet.

Notice her right hand. Even though she is clutching her sweater, avoid having the back (or palm) of the hand towards the camera. The edge (side) of the hand towards the camera is thinning, feminine and graceful.
