I like the composition, with interesting subjects: the skyscrapers, the moon, the train and the traffic.

Anyway I'm a bit surprised by your choice of such short exposure and high ISO, I think due to get crisp image of the train and get some detail of the moon, at the cost of some noise and lack of motion.

By the way It's a nice image, original too.
