Very nice image, good depth of field.

The only thing that I might do would be to crop the top a bit so that the focus is on the center of the flower.  A bit of more diffused  flash might have reduced the shadow on the right side.

Roberta, thanks for your advice. For the next photo I will try to find a better diffuser (the one I used was an improvisation)
