I'm glad you are back ! It is a very nice angle ( not the usual one with the "face of the flowers toward the viewer) and  the play of light and shadow are beautiful. The touch of blue adds a lot to the whole.

I like as well the previous two flowers photos, they are very well executed!

the lighting and contrast make for an interesting image. i like it.

I am glad you like it. I live near the southern edge of the Carmel. luckily this part has not been affected by the fires. But you are right, the northern part will take decades to recover.
