To make this photo, I had to wake up myself and 2 friends at 3 or 4... to

take a boat and to sail for about half an hour in complete darkness! Then

I've found a sand shoal and landed. It was hard to make photos as tripod

was constantly sinking into the wet sand and it was cold! But the effort was

worth the outcome! I think it is one of my best sunrise photos.

I enjoyed your adventure story to get the photo and also enjoy your beautiful unrise landscape photo. Great color, lighting, composition and an over all crisp & clear sharp image. well done, and a very scenic spot you got to enjoy the sunrise from after your hard work. Take care.

is was worth the effort, great shot! It´s a place for contemplation. Sometimes only we photographers know how difficult it was to take the one or the other photo. Best regards, Burak

I would have to agree with you! This is an absolutely gorgeous sunrise shot! I am glad you went through the journey to get this one :) Along with AWESOME lighting, I love the composition of this shot. The boat is perfectly placed along with the sand making a nice diagonal line. I love the reflection in the stillness of the water. Gorgeous, gorgeous shot! Bravo!

Anton...  As others have noted, an excellent sunrise and compositionally pure shot.  The color, the stillness and otherwise undisturbed scene is offset by the very busy footprints.  Very well done... Mike

Anton:  This is wonderfully composed.  One comment.  On my screen, the oar paddles and seat at the back of the boat have a blue cast.  Nice shot.  Alan.
