A daily moment but in an interesting location and way you composed this is interesting,regards.

You have managed to take a photojournalistic scene and photograph a great story. The dual lines from the woman in white on the left and the ballustrade on the right leads the eye into the image towards the tower. The black and white conversion was handled very well, with crisp whites and solid blacks, giving it good contrast. 

Please don't take this as being negative, but rather constructive....I think the shot needs to be either about the bridge or about the people. For me the two topics distract from one another a little bit. Other than that it has a good feel to it. I like the mood.
