Pigeons and an old man on Jersey City's waterfront

I think this photo balances the calmness and serenity of the old man

reading his paper with the sexually-active pigeons, while providing

some context of the background. I turned it into a sepia in PS because

it suspends time and gets rid of the really ugly colors on the Jersey

City waterfront. Does it work or does it need work? I appreciate your

comments.
