Green-eyed blondes are definitely a Good Thing. Skin tone is very good, but I think the softening is a little overdone. Having half an ear and half an earring is maybe not the best thing. I like her expression and the swept-back hair.

I really like her expression here and the focus of her eyes. In my opinion, you have overdone the softening a bit too much, other than that good shot. I like the contrast of her purple clothes and red background.
