Well, It doesn't fit my eye her being a vertical subject with a horizontal framing. And I find there is a lot of space on the right side.  It maybe not be better than your cropping so no offense, it's just the way that I see it.

Did I say that other than that, the model and the tone are really great?

David...  This shot is a real scroll stopper.  Not only a beautiful young lady, but the pose is unique and quite sassy.  I, too, find the right space a tad empty.  Here's my version of the crop.  Again, not to say it's any better, just another thought.  Regardless, an excellent image... Mike

At the end of the day, I'd probably go with Michaels crop. A great model with attitude and the whole presentation would be pleasing to view if the advertising material was not there.

Do I recall an idiom..... less is more?

Interesting, I'm not bothered by the logo.  Possibly because the quality of the image lends itself to some sort of commercial use?  I'm not sure.

I do agree with the others regarding the tonal range, pose, beauty, and crop.  A bit too much empty space for me.  I might move my logo down and to the right a bit (just below her breasts) and crop similar to what Michael has offered.  I like that he has allowed a little open space but not too much. I like Richard's more traditional portrait crop as well, but feel like it pinches the image a little too much, puts her elbow too close to the edge of the frame, and just feels a bit claustrophobic, to me.  I might also spend a little time editing out the shadow of her left arm on the backdrop.

Many thanks to all for your thoughtful comments.  You've contributed to my growth as a photographer and I'm very grateful.  I personally liked the second crop more as well.  I've worked on making the "advertisement less prominent as it does detract from the overall aesthetic of the image.
