I like the shot.  Great pose of the young women.  Nicely composed.

If it was me I would do the following.

1.  A definite candidate for giving more light to the face because it is a little underexposed.

2.  The significance of the jacket she is wearing should  be made more apparent by lightening it and sharpening it more. I think the jacket supports the theme of the photo.  Celestial.  She is looking into the sky.

3.  I would name your photo to give it more meaning to the viewer.

I like the space you've given her on the left side of the frame.  I respect Mark's suggestions, but I wouldn't change a thing.
