The action is good, but the background is very distracting, as is your copyright mark right over where we are supposed to be looking.

Nick,

I understand about the watermark, I hate that it is there too.  The photo was published in an on-line publication and I have had more than a few images stolen and have had to resort to the big honking watermark. 

Still I want to lower it to the center of the photo, I'm going to think about this.It offends me as a artist to place a watermark in the middle of a photo, but it offends me even more to see someone steal my work.
