esteban Rios 18 Posted January 1, 2011 Hi Luc, Outstanding apocalyptic composition, the perspective and post-processing really is surround in an evironment of doom. Even the overexposed in some parts of the sky, works with the composition very well. (The Fury Of God). Excellent contrast and post-processing. I love the creativity in this picture even in the title in latin, it is very acording with the image. Congrats. 7 Link to comment
krpradu 125 Posted January 2, 2011 Idea for this title I think that comes from the light you have here, but before this is the way you composed this image, all this modern architectural lignes and glass accompanied by the light, excellent that you overexposed it,angle you used ,all goes to a powerfull image and the title Dies Irae has sense, what can I say is only compliments for this work and a pleasure to rate this max.All the best for 2011. concetta_stoto1 0 Posted April 24, 2012 This photograph is the most original, beautifully executed piece I have seen since Mapplethorpe! The building soars upward like a glass and metal leviathan, into the dark mist of the sky.The monochromatic quality of the piece is discreetly flavored with the subtle green of the glass buttress which runs perpendicular to the massive building. The clarity of the contrast in the foreground grows upward to the density of the top of the building and the thick clouds. The bright opening of the sky illuminates the farthest point of the building, punctuating its massiveness. It's beautiful in a Bauhaus flavor, simple, yet intricate and witty. Link to comment
andrea-de-bonis 6 Posted April 25, 2012 superb. i want to add that the point of wiew respect the dimensions of the architectural volumes, and this gives a powerfull imponence and a great rithm. bravo Link to comment
