Taken from Steptoe Butte from last Thursday sunrise. The only snow left is on the northern side of the hills. Thanks for the comment. Ry

Unusual and captivating landscape.  The pattern seems to defy the scale of the photo, like it could be a close up of an ice pattern.  Very well seen and captured, this is one of the most unique winter landscapes I have seen on PN.

This is exquisite, simply because the pattern in the distribution of the snow is relatively unusual.  You were fortunate to be there at this moment.  Great landscape shot.
