Most of the portrait is done very well.  This is one thing that may not be obvious to all but the skin fold under the arm pit.  If there are any folds that look like they could be fat models will be quite unhappy. The angle of the body is body for model shots but I would have positioned her arm differently or have turned her body more.  The one skin fold is quite distracting.
