Your composition is quite good but you have overexposed the image to the white clipping point.  My upload is colored red in the clipped areas; the important ones being on the garments, the light bulb that is just behind him and some of the reflections on objects on the shelves.  Most digital cameras have a blinking warning light to show clipping as well as a histogram that will show it. If you originally took this as a RAW file it may be correctible in software.  If you took it as a jpeg it is not possible to correct the clipping.
