Nice tight portrait of this sandhill crane.  I would have liked to see a tiny amount of catchlight in the eye.  The bird's head angle isn't optimal as well, and the bird's head seems slightly soft -- perhaps a bit more sharpening and/or NR would help.   I am distracted by the bright OOF highlights in the background too.  Very pleasing photo overall though.    Dennis
